Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Insight Plastics Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and supply chain metrics.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Inventory Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
