About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve organizational goals.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse operations and inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records and reports.
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development
    • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company procedures.
    • Arrange training for staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
    • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Procurement and Logistics
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
    • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
