Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

21 Century Trading Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the management of inventory, staff, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and ensuring that operations run smoothly.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Plan and coordinate the movement of goods, materials, and equipment, ensuring that deadlines are met and that operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
