Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales and relationship management to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative products and tools to mortgage brokers across your assigned region. Your primary objective will be to increase mortgage applications and funded volume while maintaining an acceptable level of decline and cancellation ratios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote RFA's products and services to mortgage brokers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our underwriting team to ensure seamless product delivery and effective communication with clients.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of broker performance to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including call plans, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with a strong understanding of the mortgage broker channel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on driving results-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary Range:
