Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, strategy, marketing, business development, or business management
  • Proven track record of success in category management, with a focus on driving business growth and improving profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
