About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fredericton Orthopedics. As an Administrative Assistant in a medical office setting, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our medical team, including coordinating schedules, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain patient information, medical records, and other data as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and other relevant software applications.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a medical office setting is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills.
