Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team at Berenia Torres Law Professional Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate appointments and maintain a schedule
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems
  • Prepare and review documents, including minutes of court sessions and meetings
  • Arrange travel and make reservations as needed
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Permanent work term and 30 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
