About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at IPEX Group of Companies. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet clients and visitors, manage visitor log, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with mail and courier management, create and receive purchase orders, and perform general office duties.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the administrative team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Intermediate level Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Competencies
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Corporate office environment with long periods of sitting.
  • Physical Demands: May require lifting up to 50 pounds and performing other physical tasks.
