The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and performing general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties, including greeting guests and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
  • Assisting the Executive Assistant with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a corporate office environment with long periods of sitting.
  • May be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
