About the Role

As a senior member of our registration team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional registration experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support internal stakeholders in optimizing the use of our third-party registration system.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries, provide training to new users, and work closely with various teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Training (10%):
    • Communicate product developments and news to end-users and stakeholders
    • Document and roll out best practices across all events
    • Train temporary and contracted staff on the registration system and process
  • Event Management (60%):
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand event scope and requirements
    • Manage registration setup, including document creation and template updates
    • Collaborate with operations teams to create onsite flow, signage, and technical needs
    • Ensure accurate website information with marketing teams
    • Manage customer inquiries, process registrations, and follow up on payments
    • Create group registration forms and update changes such as cancellations, substitutions, and updates
    • Maintain badge creative and badge rules documentation
    • Manage event schedules and timelines
    • Work with vendors to order equipment for events
    • Manage budget updates for each event
    • Provide feedback on recurring issues to vendors
    • Attend weekly meetings as required
  • Onsite and Travel (20%):
    • Manage registration onsite for large-scale events, ensuring smooth user journeys
    • Lead onsite training for staff
  • Data and Analytics (10%):
    • Provide weekly pacing reports for each event
    • Improve data flows and insights from onsite technology

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, comprehensive time off package, and opportunities for professional development.
