Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Max's Restaurant - Cuisine of the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
