Job Title: Payroll Data Administrator
Description:
- Prepare accurate salary statements for employees, ensuring correct deductions for taxes, union dues, and insurance plans.
- Manage and maintain financial records, including employee attendance, leave, and overtime data.
- Process and submit documentation for employee benefits, such as pension plans and medical insurance.
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using tools like Quick Books and MS Excel.
- Evaluate work environments to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.
- Perform data entry and maintain payroll systems.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
