About the Role

Richmond Staffing Inc. is seeking a skilled Compensation Clerk to join our team in managing financial data and ensuring accurate payroll processing.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll information for employees, including gross and net salaries, deductions, and benefits
  • Store and retrieve financial data accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain filing systems and perform clerical duties as required
  • Perform human resources-related tasks, such as personnel selection and recruitment
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports, reconcile payrolls with bank statements, and prepare monthly statements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, data entry, and financial management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
