We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment status
  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. Excellent oral communication and multitasking skills are essential for this role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in our area.
