Payroll Administrator

Richmond Staffing Inc. is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll system.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with experience in payroll administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage employee data, including attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements and prepare period-end reports.
- Administer benefits, such as pension plans, leaves, and insurance.
- Inform employees about payroll matters and benefit plans.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Certification in payroll administration (e.g., CPP).
- Experience with human resources software.
- A competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
