We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dedicated Support Specialist to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc.

About the Job

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and events.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and ensure timely arrivals.
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents using MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access.
