About Richmond Staffing Inc.

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc. As a Payroll Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments and insurance and pension plans. You will also store, update and retrieve financial data, perform clerical duties, and prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development.

Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
