Divisional Sales Manager

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team in North America. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, sales performance, and customer satisfaction across our wholesale and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow our market share in the region.
- Lead Sales Team: Manage and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, build strong relationships with customers, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including wholesale partners and retail owners, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Skills: Strong sales and leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and develop strategies, and experience with sales performance metrics.
