We are seeking two motivated and results-oriented Account Managers to enhance our operations in the Quebec province.

Available Positions:

  • Quebec City Region: Oversee a diverse area encompassing Quebec, Beauce, Centre-du-Québec, Saguenay and Lac-St-Jean, Charlevoix, and Bas-St-Laurent.
  • Montreal Region: Manage a dynamic territory that includes downtown Montreal, Laval, and Gatineau.

Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager, you will be empowered to excel in your role. You will be part of a high-performing team focused on achieving excellence, mastering skills, and collaborating for success.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth through the distribution of our premium Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands in the Montreal, Laval, North Shore, and Gatineau regions. You will enhance your understanding of the industry, market opportunities, and relevant sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies to boost sales within the SAQ store networks and restaurant partnerships.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key accounts, leveraging sound reasoning and negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new opportunities, and emerging establishments.
  • Utilize strong analytical and financial acumen to evaluate and enhance sales performance.
  • Manage a designated territory, including regular travel to engage with clients and prospects.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience; experience in the wine sector is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Background in hospitality is beneficial, especially for those transitioning into a sales role.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the capacity to influence outcomes through effective negotiation.
  • Highly organized, driven, and self-motivated.
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
