About the Role

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and drive business growth in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Lead Regional Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Performance: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Sales Leadership Experience: Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of the jewelry industry, market trends, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
