Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
- Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
