Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
  • Manage communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
