Administrative Support Specialist

This administrative support role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, supporting the District Director and 11 staff members at our Hay River office.

Job OverviewThis position is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative services, including managing paperwork, coordinating tasks, and maintaining filing systems. You will be working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Responsibilities- Assist the District Director in administrative duties;
- Manage office supplies and equipment;
- Coordinate meetings and appointments;
- Maintain accurate records and files;
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to multitask. A recognized Secretarial Arts Diploma, Office Administration Diploma, or Business Administration Diploma, along with one year of office experience, is preferred.
BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
