**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive **Administrative Support **to help maintain a well-organized, efficient office environment. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, assist with financial data entry, and manage office operations. This is a full-time position that will work closely with the Accounting Manager and various teams across the company.

**Responsibilities**
- **Clerical & Office Management**:

- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.

**Financial & Data Entry Support**:

- Perform QuickBooks data entry, including credit card receipts and vendor information.
- Cross-reference vendor statements and invoices for payment accuracy.
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, and payment reconciliation, supporting the Accounting Manager with financial documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports by ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality with all financial information, ensuring integrity and trust within the team and with external partners.

**Coordination & Support**:

- Assist with the scheduling and organization of office activities, meetings, and events.
- Serve as the primary contact for office-related inquiries and requests.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager and team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide administrative support to various departments to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused atmosphere by helping colleagues as needed.

**Office Communication**:

- Act as a key contact for internal and external communication, ensuring timely routing of messages, documents, and packages.
- Process and distribute mail and office communications effectively.
- Assist with coordinating office logistics to maintain smooth communication across departments.

**Timeliness**:

- Ensure all tasks are completed promptly to maintain efficiency in the office and with external partners..
- Print and distribute invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
- Manage office cleanliness by handling garbage, recycling, and minor clean-up tasks.
- Oversee office supply ordering and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail in a timely manner.
- Exhibit high attention to detail in completing tasks with care and precision.

**Experience**
- **Education**: Minimum 1 year of experience and completion of a Business College Diploma or Certificate.
- **Accounting Knowledge**: Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- **Software Experience**:

- Proficiency with **QuickBooks Online** accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** and **Word**.
- Familiarity with **Google Suite** (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- **Learning Agility**: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software or systems.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately process financial data and documents.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and clients.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Job Summary**:
The **Administrative Support** is a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office. You will provide administrative support, assist with financial data entry, and help organize office operations to create a positive, productive work environment. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this position is essential to supporting the broader financial and operational goals of Dockside Atlantic Group.
