Key Responsibilities:
  1. Converge functions such as talent management, workforce transitions, and supporting the evolution of target operating models/strategies both within HR and the business unit.
  2. Collaborate with business leaders to drive value and achieve organizational goals.
  3. Facilitate the development and implementation of plans based on management objectives.

This position requires a unique blend of human resource expertise and business acumen. The successful candidate will have six years of experience in various human resource areas, supplemented by business knowledge and experience obtained through partnering with business leaders.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
