Equest is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Regina. This strategic human resources management role requires exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled HR professional to partner with our operations team, driving a customer-centric approach to HR function priorities and efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, as well as designing and delivering training programs that enhance employee performance.
About You- A Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, management, or a related field; CPHR or IPMA designation is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with operations teams and administer Labour Relations activities, including collective bargaining, union/management relations, and conflict resolution processes.
