Strategic Workforce Transformation Manager

Are you a seasoned management consultant looking to drive strategic workforce transformation? We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Consulting team in EngineeringUK. With a focus on Talent & Workforce Strategy, this role offers the opportunity to provide business strategies and solutions that drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead proposal development, planning, and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on talent, workforce strategy, and people services across various sectors.
- Provide strategic People Advisory Services to drive organizational transformation and future-proof the workforce.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and financials, including budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, and variance recognition.
- Develop high-quality deliverables, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence, while maintaining quality control.
- Mentor, motivate, and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as developing new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioral sciences, or other related fields.
- CPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP, or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset.
- 8+ years of consulting or human capital strategy experience, ideally in a consulting and client-service environment.
- Demonstration of advanced project management skills and tactics.
- Proven people management, relationship building, and leadership skills.
- Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills.

Compensation and BenefitsThis is a senior-level position with an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 - $160,000, depending on location and experience.
