Job Description:

The Deputy Director of Division Services/CFO position at Regina Public Schools is responsible for overseeing the division's non-instructional support services. This includes strategic planning, human resources, business services, information technology, and facilities management. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will provide leadership, direction, and information to senior leaders within these portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support student success and achieve the division's outcomes
  • Provide leadership and direction to senior leaders within the Division Services portfolio
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to non-instructional support services
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • An undergraduate degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • A graduate degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • A minimum of 10 years of increasingly senior leadership experience in a public-facing organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders

Salary:

$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
