Business Development Executive

At BUILD IT By Design, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic outreach, opportunity development, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and construction management firms
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and update our CRM system to track leads and opportunities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
