Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards to join our team. As a trusted partner to the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping our total rewards strategy and ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to inform total rewards decisions.
  4. Communicate total rewards strategies and programs to employees and stakeholders.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in total rewards strategy and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
