As a key member of our People Leadership Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs that drive business results and support our company's culture and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global total rewards strategies that align with business objectives and support our Human and High-Performing Culture
- Lead global compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation, job architecture, compensation cycle systems, and processes
- Stay ahead of market trends and provide expertise and thought leadership to design, implement, and evolve total rewards programs
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and the Board of Directors (Compensation Committee)
- Partner with other members of the People Leadership Team, Finance team, and executive team members to deliver competitive and impactful total rewards programs
- Manage conflicting priorities to deliver highest value initiatives that support key business objectives while respecting organizational and team capacity
- 8+ years of relevant global total rewards experience with proficiency in global benefits, cash compensation, long-term incentive programs, and equity management
- NAMER, EMEA, and APAC experience preferred
- Data-driven leader with a strong ability to analyze and turn data into insights and action plans aligned with company direction
- Experience with tools such as Radford, Pave, Workday Advanced Compensation, and ADP highly desired
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience

- Variable pay based on company performance with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis
