As the Director, Total Rewards and Compensation, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organization's compensation and benefits initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Lead the design and implementation of people technology systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
