About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Total Rewards Strategist to join our team at Clio. As a key member of our People Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our global total rewards programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that align with Clio's culture and business objectives.
  • Lead global compensation and benefits initiatives, including executive compensation, job architecture, and compensation cycle systems.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide expertise to design, implement, and manage total rewards programs that are equitable, scalable, and performance-driven.
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and financial controls.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive and impactful total rewards that support key business objectives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant global total rewards experience with proficiency in global benefits, cash compensation, and long-term incentive programs.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and engaging in preparation of proposals to the Board of Directors (Compensation Committee).
  • Data-driven leader with a strong ability to analyze and turn data into insights and action plans aligned with company direction.
  • Experience with tools such as Radford, Pave, Workday Advanced Compensation, and ADP highly desired.
