About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Total Rewards Strategist to lead our global total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and equity management. As a key member of our People Leadership Team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent, drive business results, and align with our company culture and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global total rewards strategies that drive business results and align with company culture and priorities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and equity management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver total rewards programs that meet business objectives and attract top talent
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and legislation impacting compensation and benefits, and proactively amend policies and programs to ensure compliance
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and the Board of Directors
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant global total rewards experience, with proficiency in global benefits, cash compensation, long-term incentive programs, and equity management
  • Experience working with and influencing executive stakeholders, and engaging in preparation of proposals to the Board of Directors
  • Data-driven leader with a strong ability to analyze and turn data into insights and action plans aligned with company direction
  • Experience with tools such as Radford, Pave, Workday Advanced Compensation, and ADP
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
