Parking Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Operations Manager to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide positive customer experiences for all Impark customers and clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Parking Operations: Ensure that parking locations are operated and maintained to Impark's company standards, including regular site inspections and equipment checks.
  • Staff Supervision: Coordinate staffing for attended sites based on regular manpower requirements and site activity, and monitor personnel to ensure compliance with company uniform and service standards.
  • Lot Maintenance: Regularly review the lot's physical condition, including signage, surface, lighting, automated equipment, and initiate work orders for necessary maintenance repairs or improvements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrate a customer service-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences for all Impark customers and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Citrix-based applications, as well as hands-on experience with parking equipment and related software.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff to achieve company goals and objectives.
