Parking Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Operations Manager to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service experiences for all Impark customers and clients
  • Ensure parking locations are operated and maintained to Impark's company standards
  • Assist customers with parking meters and direct them into parking facilities
  • Process refunds and provide information on long-term parking options
  • Process cash transactions and deposits, and perform daily site inspections and equipment checks
  • Maintain site system software and correspond with company departments as needed
  • Report and request equipment servicing and repairs, and manage site staff
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and wear assigned uniform
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and be mobile to cover the entire site
Staff Supervision:
  • Coordinate staffing for attended sites based on regular manpower requirements and site activity
  • Monitor personnel to ensure compliance with company uniform and service standards
  • Complete paperwork related to staff hiring, transfer, termination, and hours worked
Lot Maintenance/Set-Up:
  • Regularly review the lot's physical condition, including signage, surface, lighting, and automated equipment
  • Initiate work orders for necessary maintenance repairs or improvements, and liaise with contractors and maintenance department
  • Ensure all accounting and contract information is distributed for internal setup
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented and pleasant personality
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Citrix-based applications
  • Hands-on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Driver's License Required
