Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations at multiple parking locations, conducting regular site visits, and providing positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations at multiple parking locations, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, customer service, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide positive customer service experiences for all customers and clients.
  • Staff Supervision: Manage site staff, including coordination of staffing, staff disciplinary action, and monitoring of personnel to ensure compliance with company uniform and service standards.
  • Lot Maintenance: Regularly review the lot's physical condition, including signage, surface, lighting, automated equipment, and initiate work orders for necessary maintenance repairs or improvements.
  • Communication: Liaise with contractors, maintenance department, equipment suppliers, and Landlord/Property Manager to ensure that all accounting and contract information is distributed and set up properly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Customer service oriented, with a pleasant and energetic personality.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Citrix based applications, as well as hands-on working knowledge of parking equipment and related software.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks in an ever-changing environment, and work independently and in a team environment.
