Position Overview
The Parking Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the parking facility while providing exceptional service to all customers. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining a high standard of operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding experiences for all clients and partners.
  • Maintain the work area in accordance with company standards.
  • Cross-train in various roles to assist as needed, including customer service inquiries.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by addressing questions, providing directions, and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Act as a representative of the company brand while processing transactions and communicating policies.
  • Manage traffic flow by directing vehicles at entry and exit points of the parking facility.
  • Assist in the placement of barricades and coordinate towing services when necessary.
  • Conduct vehicle counts to ensure optimal space utilization.
  • Control traffic at entrances and exits, and assist customers in locating their vehicles.
  • Report any incidents or safety concerns to the management team immediately.
  • Support the maintenance and repair of parking equipment as directed.
  • Assist with vehicle relocation when required and report any issues to management.
  • Monitor parking stall availability to ensure efficient space management.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and team members.
  • Manage signage and maintain the cleanliness of the area.
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with guests verbally.
