Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TNT Property Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Economic Policy Research: Assign and coordinate research projects to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, supervising activities of other technical sales specialists.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote sales to existing clients, deliver sales presentations, and recommend products or services to customers.
  • Operations Management: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, evaluating the operations of facilities and real estate.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
