We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team at CSA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our field service operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of our field service group, including scheduling, assigning work, and controlling output.
- Lead and develop a team of field service employees, providing direction, guidance, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement business plans and operating budgets for the field service group, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including customer satisfaction, financial performance, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with divisional and corporate policies and procedures, including quality and safety standards.
- Bilingual in French, oral and written.
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent in a technical field.
- Technologist or Professional Engineer designation preferred.
- 3-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
- 2 years of inspection and/or certification or equivalent technical experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team, and to work with minimal supervision.
- Computer proficiency and problem-solving skills.
