Job Title: Field Services Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Services Coordinator to join our team at VusionGroup. As a Field Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinating and scheduling field service activities, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
* Enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring timely and successful installation of equipment by third parties.
* Working with our support teams to provide remote support to on-site technicians.
* Confirming installation was successfully completed.
* Performing follow-ups with customers to evaluate the service rendered via surveys.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with coworkers and external suppliers, serving as the main point of contact for any queries, issues, or escalations.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for external suppliers, maintaining regular communication to ensure timely and successful installation of equipment by third parties.
* Monitoring and analyzing internal and external Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure that performance goals are met.
* Managing third-party invoices.

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in coordinating field service activities or working with external suppliers.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
* Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on fostering productive and collaborative partnerships with suppliers.
* Proficiency in using various software tools, including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
