Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at BUTTAR & SONS INC. O/A COMFORT INN ST CATHARINES. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service and hotel operations.
  • Perform tasks and duties as required, including assisting guests with special needs and maintaining the operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and coordinate repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
