We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at BUTTAR & SONS INC. O/A COMFORT INN ST CATHARINES. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our reservations staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of reservations staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of guest reservations and requests.
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of guest services, ensuring high standards are met.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or CEGEP education an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5-44 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
