Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at BUTTAR & SONS INC. O/A COMFORT INN ST CATHARINES. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service delivery.
  • Perform tasks similar to those of the workers supervised, staying up-to-date with hotel operations and procedures.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources and effective team performance.
  • Hire and train new staff members, teaching them job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and effective inventory management.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Permanent full-time position, 37.5 to 44 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
