Job Title: Office Manager

TINY HEARTS DAYCARE CENTER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, MS Windows
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
