Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, an uncapped commission structure and a recognition and enhancement program are in place to reward top performers. Other benefits include vehicle allowance, support from experienced financial analysts, telemedicine service, group insurance paid at 75% by the employer, RRSP and DPSP, work clothes provided, expense account, cell phone and laptop provided, participation in team activities, recognition evenings, family days, and an allocated amount for physical activity.
Job DescriptionThis Territory Sales Representative role is responsible for promoting Merlo products in the industrial field in British-Columbia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales/outside sales positions and demonstrated ability to grow market shares. Key responsibilities include researching and establishing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, planning and organizing business strategies, preparing and presenting business cases, and identifying customer needs.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills, solid communication and interpersonal skills, strong planning and time management abilities, and experience using a CRM. A valid driver's license is also required.
