Clinical Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Clinical Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Vancouver and Lower Mainland, BC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our extensive range of surgical orthopedic implants and instrumentation to hospitals and clinics within your designated territory.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your sales skills and knowledge of the medical industry to drive business growth and success. You will work closely with physicians, hospital staff, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the orthopedic market, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be comfortable working autonomously and able to travel occasionally for training and events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling calls with current and potential customers to promote company products and meet revenue and unit growth objectives
- Determining customer needs and developing sales strategies to effectively promote company products
- Developing relationships with key clinical personnel to identify new business opportunities
- Providing educational sessions and product demonstrations to customers
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a business or health-related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in medical device sales. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and vehicle insured for business use are also required.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
