Key Responsibilities:

As a Disability Manager at BDO, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities. This includes preparing and reviewing tax reorganizations, as well as corporate, trust, and estate tax returns. Additionally, you will engage in training staff and investing in their professional development, as well as actively participating in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace.

Requirements:

- 5 years' experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 2 years
- Extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance
- Ability to value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
