Financial Operations Manager

As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate and personal tax returns, year-end processes, cash flows, bank reconciliations, and internal audits. Key responsibilities include managing multiple year-end projects concurrently and providing support for internal compliance.
About the Role:- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in external accounting
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Sage 50, QuickBooks, or Caseware, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:- Manage and prepare corporate and personal tax returns
- Oversee year-end processes, including cash flow analysis and reconciliation
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $72,975 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide benefits after 90 days of employment, including dental and medical coverage.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
