About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our Financial Reporting & Insights Group in Windsor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising the preparation of working paper files, financial statements, and corporate and personal tax returns.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and project management leadership skills to team members for Accounting projects and engagements.
  • Assist in the direction and training of staff, reviewing completed files to ensure quality of work.
  • Prioritize projects, establish budgets, and assign staff to meet client deadlines.
  • Participate in delivering formal project/team performance review and/or giving effective input to reviewers on team members.

Your Qualifications

  • Possesses a Canada recognized Professional Designation (CPA, CA, CMA or CGA) and 4-5 years experience with Review engagements, Compilation engagements, corporate and personal tax.
  • Excellent skills in Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Caseware).
