Job Summary

Maurice Morneau Tax is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff and clients, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operation.
  • Perform data entry and typing tasks, including preparing and proofreading documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
